Mat Rempits so they are not NEGLECTED by society'?? those bastards are a danger to society and we the society are not to neglect them?! and politicians are making plans to rehabilitate them by encouraging legal races and enrolment into political party? these 'hazards' to humankind should be punished like any other lawbreakers - all those brainless schemes only set out to glorify them instead.
